Welcome to the booking page for the 2024 VASBI ASM 2024
Before you make a booking please carefully read the instruction below to ensure you reserve the correct place for the event and more importantly, pay the correct amount for the meeting.
Reserve a place for both days
You can book both days at the meeting at a universal rate of £400.00 for Consultants £250.00 for Trainee doctors Nurses and Technicians. You will not be able to select the ASM dinner as this already included in your booking.
Reserve a place for one of the days
You can book individual days at a cost of £200.00 Consultants £125 Trainee doctors, Nurses and Technicians. If you choose this option and would like to attend the dinner please tick the dinner box, this will add the cost of dinner (£60.00) to your booking fee.
If you are a faculty member, you will have been sent a discount code, please book your place using the faculty selection and add the code when requested, this will add the appropriate discount to the booking.
Very Important:
If you request to pay by invoice, you will be asked to upload a .pdf Purchase Order from your Institution, you will not be able to progress your booking until you complete the document upload which will be checked prior to your place being confirmed. Contact your purchase department to request this before starting to book a place.
